We are seeking skilled and dedicated Carpenters to join construction and joinery companies in Ireland under the Employment Permit/Work Visa sponsorship scheme. The successful candidates will work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, handling all aspects of woodwork, fittings, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood and other materials.
Install doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, and furniture.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Repair or replace damaged wooden structures and fixtures.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.
Ensure work is completed to high quality standards and within deadlines.
Follow health, safety, and building regulations on site.
Collaborate with site managers, builders, and other tradespeople.
General Requirements:
Age: 20 – 50 years (preferred range, may vary).
Minimum education: Secondary school; vocational training in carpentry/joinery preferred.
At least 2–3 years’ proven experience as a carpenter (residential or commercial).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Physically fit to handle tools, lifting, and long working hours.
Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Visa Sponsorship Requirements (Ireland Work Permit):
Valid passport.
General Employment Permit (will be provided after successful application).
Proof of qualifications or trade experience.(Preferably CV)
Police clearance certificate.
Medical examination (if required).
Proof of English proficiency (varies by employer, not always mandatory for trades).
