We are seeking hardworking and reliable Food Packers to join our team in the United Kingdom under a Skilled Worker visa sponsorship program. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, packaging, labeling, and quality checking of food products to ensure they are ready for distribution and delivery.
Pack, seal, and label food products according to company and health standards.
Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper packaging.
Operate basic packaging machinery (training provided).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, following food safety regulations.
Work in cold storage areas when required (protective clothing provided).
Follow health & safety guidelines at all times.
Assist with stock rotation and inventory when needed.
Meet daily/weekly packing targets as directed by supervisors.
Age: 18 – 45 years (preferred range, may vary by employer).
Well detailed CV and any education documents
Minimum education: Secondary school certificate (KCSE or equivalent).
Ability to read and understand English (basic proficiency required).
Physically fit to handle standing for long hours and light to moderate lifting.
Previous experience in food production, packaging, or warehouse work is an advantage but not always required (training provided).
After successful application, you need:
A valid passport
Proof of English language ability (IELTS UKVI test or equivalent).
Police clearance certificate (for background checks).
Medical examination (including TB test for applicants from certain countries like Kenya).
Visa sponsorship to work in the UK.
