We are offering positions which are rotational between the labour ward and the post/antenatal wards, and will supported to complete a preceptorship programme in line with the NHSE National Preceptorship Programme for Midwifery.
This post is supported by NHSE funding and is a 12 month fixed term contract
This advert is a Trust Wide post but you will have a base site in acute maternity departments at Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother in Margate or William Harvey Hospital in Ashford

• Must be a Registered Midwife
• Must have successfully completed a midwifery degree or equivalent pre?registration midwifery programme.
• Basic clinical midwifery skills, including knowledge of obstetric emergencies.
• Capability to rotate between wards (labour ward; postnatal; antenatal).
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), ability to organise/time manage.
• Basic IT skills.
Salary: £31,049?£37,796 per annum (Band 5) for full time.
