Our client, a well-known Precast concrete contractor in Ireland, is looking to hire two Precast Quality Control Checkers to join their offices in Ireland. Please note, this position is only available to candidates who have the right to work in Ireland.
Duties include:
Checking precast products post-pour and uploading photos to the audit system.
Reviewing reinforcement drawings and ensuring rebar and all structural elements align with production drawings.
Liaising with the design office.
Coordinating with the steel fixers.
Ensuring all precast accessories are suitable for use.
Checking Precast products post pour.
Developing the QC procedures.
Educational Background: A course in structural reinforcement would be beneficial.
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of background in either precast concrete or steel reinforcement. All candidates must have an understanding of steel reinforcement.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure accuracy.
Time Management: Proven ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Ability to work directly with clients and production facilities on live projects.
