We are seeking experienced and skilled Welders to join our teams in various sectors. The role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures by applying different welding techniques to ensure structural integrity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures
Prepare materials and set up welding equipment
Perform welding tasks using techniques such as MIG, TIG, ARC, and spot welding
Inspect welds for quality and defects using visual and non-destructive testing methods
Maintain welding equipment and ensure workplace safety
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to meet project requirements
Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations strictly
Education & Experience:
Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications in welding (e.g., CSWIP, NVQ Level 2/3 in Welding or equivalent)
Proven welding experience (typically 2+ years) in industrial or construction settings
Skills:
Proficient in multiple welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in welding operations
Teamwork and communication skills

English proficiency for workplace communication

Salary range: £22,000 – £35,000+ per year depending on experience, industry, and location
