We are seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators to work in manufacturing, production, and industrial settings. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery used in production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
Inspect finished products for quality assurance
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Report machine malfunctions or defects promptly
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Education & Experience:
Relevant vocational training or certifications in machinery operation or manufacturing (preferred but not always mandatory)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating production or industrial machinery
Skills:
Ability to operate various machines (e.g., CNC machines, packaging machines, presses)
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Good attention to detail and quality focus
Understanding of health and safety practices in industrial settings
Ability to work in shifts and in a physically demanding environment
Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
Other Requirements:
English language proficiency for communication and safety compliance
Valid passport and eligibility for UK Skilled Worker visa (if sponsorship required)
Clean background check and willingness to comply with company policies
Competitive salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per year depending on experience and location
