We are seeking skilled and passionate Chefs to join kitchens across the UK, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and private establishments. You will prepare and cook high-quality meals, manage kitchen staff, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
Manage kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen operations
Plan menus and assist with ordering supplies
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Comply with health and safety regulations, including HACCP
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to meet customer needs
Education & Experience:
Relevant culinary qualification or apprenticeship preferred but not always mandatory
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or Cook
Experience with various cuisines (depending on the role)
Skills:
Strong culinary skills and creativity
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Leadership and team management skills (for senior roles)
Good communication skills in English
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
Other Requirements:
Valid passport and ability to obtain UK Skilled Worker visa
English language proficiency (minimum IELTS 4.0 or equivalent, depending on visa)
