Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing and development teams to create engaging digital experiences that meet client needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop website layouts, user interfaces, and graphics

Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies to build responsive websites

Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO

Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams

Maintain and update existing websites and troubleshoot issues

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Stay up to date with web design trends and technologies

Assist with branding and digital marketing initiatives as needed


Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
(Equivalent experience may be accepted)

2+ years of professional experience in web design or front-end development

Portfolio demonstrating strong web design skills and projects

Skills:

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks

Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch

Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices

Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla is a plus

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Other Requirements:

Eligibility to work in Australia or willingness to undergo visa sponsorship process

Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
