We are looking for reliable and hard-working Janitors / Cleaners to join our facilities and maintenance team in the UK. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in offices, schools, hospitals, or public buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
Remove rubbish and manage waste disposal procedures
Restock cleaning supplies, soap, paper towels, and toiletries
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Follow strict health, hygiene, and safety protocols (especially in healthcare/school settings)
Operate cleaning machinery like floor buffers or carpet cleaners (training provided)
Lock and unlock buildings as required
Education & Experience:
No formal education required; basic literacy is sufficient
Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, or facilities maintenance worker is an asset
On-the-job training will be provided

Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations
Basic English communication skills (reading signs/instructions, basic verbal communication)
Other Requirements:
Eligibility for UK work visa (Skilled Worker route)
Valid passport and ability to pass UK Home Office background checks
Willingness to undergo DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, especially in schools or hospitals
English language proficiency (IELTS score of at least 4.0 in each component or equivalent – as required for visa)
Hourly wage: £10.50 – £13.00/hour (depending on region and setting)
