We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and experienced Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent beverage service to guests in a timely and courteous manner, maintain cleanliness of the bar area, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Follow responsible alcohol service policies
Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
Collect payment and operate the POS system accurately
Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
Support other staff during peak hours (e.g., servers or kitchen staff)
Assist in setting up and closing the bar
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of bar or hospitality experience preferred
Experience with international customers is a plus
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cash-handling skills

Certifications:
Responsible Beverage Service Certification (e.g., Smart Serve in Ontario, Serving It Right in BC) – can be completed after hiring
